Shipping & Return Policy

We hope that you are always happy with your order! If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. You will receive store credit for returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
SHIPPING:
  • All orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date.
  • All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next business day
RETURN CONDITIONS:
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date for store credit.
  • Any merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Body Suits, bralettes, and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • All shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and placed in another form of packaging to ensure it's protection.
  • All original tags must be attached. 
  • Store credit will not be given if items are damaged and/or not in original condition. A shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you if they are received in this condition.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
All defective merchandise must be reported via email (hello@titliboutique.com) within 3 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us within 7 days of the delivery date. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via email. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:   

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and the shipping carrier (USPS,UPS, etc.). We will only replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURN PROCEDURE:     
1. Please make sure your order meets our return conditions.   
2. Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice).
3. As a small business we do not currently offer free returns, but we hope to in the future! Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)!      
4. Please allow 5-10 business days for our team to receive your return, and  process your store credit. You will receive your online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
